The official publication of the 3rd Ibero-American Symposium on Blockchain and Cybersecurity is now available for download online. The event took place on 20 and 21 November 2025 in Santiago, Chile, at the headquarters of ECLAC and the Institute of International Studies at the University of Chile.
With over 8,000 participants from more than 100 countries, the participation of Ecuador’s national research and education network at the NAFSA Conference will raise the profile of Ecuadorian academia and foster direct connections with decision-makers, universities and international peers.
