Until March 22, 2014 is open the call for papers for the Fourth Conference of Information and Communication Technologies Directors from higher education institutions, TICAL2014 that will be held on May 26 to 28, 2014 in Cancun, Mexico.

“We have RedCLARA and, with it we have the certainty that the conditions to learn and work hand in hand with ‘the experts’ are given”.

The event will gather panelists from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and the United States who are actively involved in projects for the development and strengthening of e-Health in Latin America. All those interested may participate by videoconference or live and direct through the Internet streaming.

The announcement was made during the TICAL2014 Information Day TICAL2014 that involved the participation of 23 videoconference rooms from Argentina , Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, and was followed by the Internet for 34 points.

On Wednesday 05, 2014 members of the program committee and the organizative team of TICAL2014 will presented to the academic and research community of the national networks the objectives and suggested topics of the Conference and the benefits offered by RedCLARA to the authors of the papers that result selected in the call currently underway.
