Open Tender: RedCLARA seeks for a Security Monitoring solution
With the aim of perfecting its portfolio of services, the Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks (RedCLARA) has opened a tender process for the contracting of solutions for Security Monitoring, which will be offered to its 14 National Networks in Latin America and, through of them, to more than 2000 institutions.
In order to evaluate the options and eventually proceed to the signing of the agreement, RedCLARA invites you to respond to the List of Requirements and the Economic Proposal and send them to servicios@redclara.net until February 24, 2020. The offers submitted in response This RFP must have a validity of at least until March 31, 2020. RedCLARA expects to assign the service for two (2) years from the signing of the agreement.
Solution manufacturers, manufacturers that offer their services through authorized channels, and even integrators or authorized channels that offer third-party solutions, are invited to participate in the tender.
The evaluation of the proposals will be carried out by a team of experts selected by RedCLARA and the first evaluation round will end on March 6, 2020. Proposers will be notified about whether they meet the requirements or which part(s) should be adjusted, if required. They will also be informed about their position in the Technical and Economic evaluations.
Proposers will have the opportunity to send a second offer before March 13, 2020. This offer cannot reduced, in any way, the offer of the previous proposal. RedCLARA will make a final decision on March 20, 2020. If required, RedCLARA may ask the proponents questions in order to gain a clear understanding of the proposal.
