The National Academic Network of Advanced Technology of Colombia (RENATA), the Embassy of Canada in Colombia and the Colombian Association of Universities, ASCUN, invite the heads of international relations offices in the country and throughout Latin America to participate in the workshop "Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program (ELAP)", which will take place on February 9 at 4:00 p.m. GMT (11:00 a.m. Bogotá).
