The REUNA Digital Transformation Committee invites you to participate in the"Use of a Document Manager on the road to Zero Paper" Webinar, where prominent professionals from the University of Valparaíso (UV) will share their experience in this matter, which represents one of the challenges faced by Universities in their implementation processes of Law 21,180 on Digital Transformation of the State.

Desde el año 2004, FRIDA ha sido un instrumento esencial para el fortalecimiento y desarrollo de Internet en la región. El programa, impulsado por LACNIC, ha brindado apoyo financiero y técnico a proyectos, iniciativas y soluciones que buscan abordar los múltiples desafíos que presenta la región en áreas como: Estabilidad y Seguridad de Internet; Conectividad y Acceso a Internet para un servicio de calidad, así como Internet Abierta y Libre.

Participe en esta webinar y conozca algunos de los resultados y soluciones generados por los proyectos de los últimos años, las principales características de los proyectos, las problemáticas abordadas durante su ejecución y las soluciones, así como su potencial de replicabilidad en otras organizaciones/contextos y lecciones aprendidas.

El webinar se realizará en formato panel y contará con la participación de los referentes técnicos de los siguientes proyectos: 

• Proyecto: La promoción y apropiación de los derechos digitales para garantizar el acceso a la información en lenguas indígenas. Organización: Surco Servicios Universitarios y Redes de Conocimientos en Oaxaca A.C (México)

• Proyecto: Fomento al desarrollo de pequeños productores en zonas rurales de Mendoza, Argentina, a partir del Acceso a Internet posibilitado por el uso de energía solar. Organización: Fundación Tomás Alba Edison (Argentina)

In this context, the EU is organizing an EU-LAC Forum in Brussels, Belgium, in the context of the EU-LAC Days, the side events that are envisaged ahead of the EU-CELAC Summit on 17 and 18 July 2023.
